The Youth Apprenticeship Summer Employment Program (YASP) is a 7-week wage subsidy program, pairing eligible employers with local students completing grade 10 or grade 11 who are interested in starting their apprenticeship in skilled trades. With the support of the provincial government this program will help youth to gain experience and hone their skills early on.
